There's quite a bit going on at Hopeland and we can always use some more help! So if you're looking for a way to lend a hand, take a glance at some of the areas below and see if any are of interest to you. Just know that in whatever you do, give it your all because it is being done unto God. God and His church should get our very best and nothing less. (Colossians 3:23)
At Hopeland we are commited to walking out the scriptures that talk about singing new songs and playing skillfully to the Lord (Psalm 33:3, Psalm 91:1). We believe that God deserves our very best - and that we should want to give nothing less. Furthermore, it is a testimony to our community and city that we are serious about praising God to the greatest extent of the abilities that He has lended us.
If you're interested in volunteering on the worship team, we'd love to have you! But you must know that we expect our musicians to adhere to strict policies of ethical conduct as well as fullfilling the expectation of coming prepared and on time.
When it comes to the production of telling the story of Jesus, we don't mess around. We want to get it right! God has blessed this era with many tools unlike any generation before us and we intend to spare nothing when it comes to getting the word of God out to the world.
So if this area interests you, whether you're a seasoned audio engineer or experienced lighting technician, or maybe you barely use a computer - we want to create opportunites for you to serve. We are willing to train those who are willing to learn and put the effort forward.
